Brazil's largest TV network, Globo (also known as the devil), has of now stopped calling the swine flu by its rightful name. It is now the "new flu" or "influenza A" or "H1N1". Like.. are you kidding me, globo???
Helloooo, it's swine flu. SWINE FLU. Yeah, it reminds people of pigs, sorry. Deal with it. (meat industry in brazil sorta OWNS the media) HÁ. My chinese tutor calls it "the piggy flu". I looouuuve it.
Anyway, if my mom calls me next time and talks about "h1n1", I'm gonna be like "nooooo, mooooom, it's called PIGGY FLU. PIGGY. PIGGY. PIGGY FLU".
